- 12 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 12 oz. backfin crab meat (fresh)
- chili sauce
- hot sauce
- fresh parsley
Directions

1The night before, mix softened cream cheese, lemon juice and chopped onion.

2Mold into serving dish and refrigerate.

3Wash fresh parsley and let dry.

4Pre-party, layer shelled crab meat and layer of chili sauce with hot sauce to taste.

5Top with parsley. Refrigerate prior to serving.

6Serve with crackers or French bread rounds.
