  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crabmeat
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
