  • 12 eggs (hardboiled)
  • 6 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 3 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion (finely minced)
  • 1 paprika or chili powder

    cut boiled eggs in half the long way, keep yokes in separate medium sized bowl

    add all other ingredients to yokes.

    blend or mix until smooth.

    put mixture in a large plastic baggie, cut off one corner of the bag and squeeze yoke mixture into egg white halves.

    garnish with sprinkle of paprika or chili powder depending on taste
