- 1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- 1 c. shredded reduced fat sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz. nonfat cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. fresh crab meat
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Position knife blade in food processor bowl.

2Add sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, horseradish, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and cream cheese and process until smooth.

3Spoon mixture into bowl and add Cheddar cheese and crab meat.

4Cover and chill.

5Sprinkle with paprika and serve with crackers or breadsticks.
