- 3 cup flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 each egg yolks
- 1/4 cup milk
Directions

1Mix flour and salt.

2Blend in butter until the mixture feels grainy.

4Add beer a little bit at a time.

5Continue kneading the dough until it is completely incorporated.

6Set the dough aside and cover it in a bowl with a towel for about an hour.

7Make meat filling as desired.

8Preheat oven to 350 F.

9Roll dough with rolling pin and cut 4 in round circles.

10Fill with meat filling and fold like a turnover.

11Seal the edges using a fork.

12Place on baking pan.

13Mix 3 egg yolks with milk and brush the mixture over the empanadas.

14Place in oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
