  • 4 ounces surimi (Imitation Crab)
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 scallions, with tops chopped fine
  • 1 12 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 14 teaspoon lemon juice

    Shred surimi.

    Beat cream cheese,sour cream and mayonnaise together.

    Add surimi and scallions and mix well.

    Stir in BBQ sauce and lemon juice.

    Refrigerate for at leaset an hour for flavors to blend.
