- 2 (6 oz.) cans white crabmeat, drained
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. onion
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, milk and horseradish. Fold in crabmeat. Pour 1/3 in casserole dish. Layer American cheese. Pour the remaining crabmeat mix on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
