  • 2 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans white crabmeat, drained
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. onion
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, milk and horseradish. Fold in crabmeat. Pour 1/3 in casserole dish. Layer American cheese. Pour the remaining crabmeat mix on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
