- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 4 unpeeled large Russet potatoes, cut into 8 wedges each
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Grease cookie sheet.

3In a small bowl, combine cheese and salt.

4Brush potato wedges with margarine and place on greased cookie sheet.

5Sprinkle wedges with cheese to coat.

6Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with ketchup, barbecue sauce or melted cheese.
