  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 4 unpeeled large Russet potatoes, cut into 8 wedges each
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Grease cookie sheet.

    In a small bowl, combine cheese and salt.

    Brush potato wedges with margarine and place on greased cookie sheet.

    Sprinkle wedges with cheese to coat.

    Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with ketchup, barbecue sauce or melted cheese.
