  • 1 lb. crab meat, backfin is best
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour crem
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 shakes garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Remove shells from crab meat.

    Mix all ingredients except crab and 1/2 of Cheddar cheese.

    Fold in crab meat and sprinkle remaining Cheddar on top.

    Bake at 325° for 15 minutes, covered, then 15 minutes, uncovered.

    Serve hot!
