- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 4 buttons garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 medium green pepper, minced
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 3 c. water
- 2 doz. blue crabs
- 1 small can tomato paste
Directions

1Heat olive oil; simmer garlic, onion, green pepper, oregano and bay leaves in oil.

2When transparent, add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, sugar, salt and pepper.

3Bring to boil and simmer for 1 hour.

4Add crabs.

5Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 minutes.

6Serve over rice.
