- 1 cup long grain rice cooked
- 2 bunches grilled and chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 3 tablespoons chopped mint
- 3 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1 pound cleaned lump crab meat
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 30 grape leaves brined
Directions

1Mix all ingredients excluding grape leaves.

2Place 1 tablespoon of mixture in the center of each grape leaf.

3Fold over sides and roll tightly.

4Repeat process until mixture and grape leaves are gone.

5Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
