  • 2 lb. backfin or lump crab meat
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 1 small jar pimentos, diced

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together except crab meat.

    Add crab meat and mix lightly.

    Pour into casserole dish.

    Spread mayonnaise over top and sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes, until brown.
