- 2 lb. backfin or lump crab meat
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1 small jar pimentos, diced
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together except crab meat.

2Add crab meat and mix lightly.

3Pour into casserole dish.

4Spread mayonnaise over top and sprinkle with paprika.

5Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes, until brown.
