- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/4 c. dried parsley
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1/4 lb. sharp cheese
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute butter, flour and onions.

2Add parsley, half and half, crabmeat and cheese.

3Cook until cheese is melted.

4Add sherry, pepper and salt.

5Serve with crackers as a dip or thicken a little more and use as main dish.
