- 1 lb. backfin crabmeat
- 1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- pinch of dry mustard
- mayonnaise
- milk
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Toss lightly crabmeat, green peppers, pimento, egg and bread crumbs.

2Combine mayonnaise, salt, pepper, Old Bay seasoning, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce to make a mayonnaise mixture. Toss mayonnaise mixture lightly with crabmeat mixture.

3Mound in 4 or 5 individual shells or place in a small casserole.

4Mix mayonnaise with a small amount of milk and spread over the crab. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
