- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
Directions

1Remove shells from crabmeat.

2Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender.

3Blend in flour.

4Add milk to make white sauce.

5Add seasoning, eggs and crabmeat.

6Put in well-greased pan.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
