  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, snipped
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. crab meat

    Melt butter. Add flour, salt and mustard.

    Mix well and add milk slowly. Add lemon juice. Cook until semi-thick.
