- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. crab meat
Directions

1Melt butter. Add flour, salt and mustard.

2Mix well and add milk slowly. Add lemon juice. Cook until semi-thick.
