Ingredients
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 slices white bread, cubed with crust removed
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice or juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- few dashes pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- dash of paprika
Directions

1Melt butter; mix in flour.

2Slowly add milk, stirring constantly until it boils and thickens.

3Mix in onion, Worcestershire sauce and bread; cool.

4Fold in mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

5In separate pan, beat margarine.

6Add crab.

7Combine with sauce.

8Sprinkle paprika.

9Bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes.
