- 1 lb. crab meat
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 small onion, chopped
- butter
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup warm water (from tap).

2Mix softened cream cheese with gelatin.

3Warm soup.

4Add all of the ingredients to the soup and stir until thoroughly combined.

5Melt butter (a tablespoon or so) over the entire mixture.

6Refrigerate for approximately 3 1/2 hours.

7Serve over a bed of lettuce with small slices of bread.
