Crab Meat Roll-Ups

- 20 slices square white bread
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 3/4 lb. margarine, divided into 1/2 lb. and 1/4 lb.
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crab meat or lobster
- sesame seed
Directions

1Trim crusts from the bread.

2Flatten bread with a rolling pin. Melt Velveeta and 1/2 pound of butter over low heat.

3Cool; stir in crab.

4Spread on bread slices.

5Roll up.

6Brush rolls with remaining butter, melted.

7Sprinkle with sesame seed.

8Place seam side down on a foil-lined cookie sheet.

9May be frozen at this point.

10When ready to bake, cut in half.

11Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
