  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Sargento natural shredded or fancy shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. Bread du Jour (French bread)
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 (6 oz.) flaked crab meat
  • 1 oz. pimientos

Directions

    Melt butter and cheese over low heat; add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt; mix well.

    Process in blender until smooth.

    In bowl, fold in crab meat and pimientos; mix well.

    Slice bread into 1/2-inch slices and spread on crab meat mixture.

    Place on ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Serve immediately.
