- 1 envelope Knox gelatine
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab (good quality)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Dissolve gelatine and water.

2Heat soup (do not boil).

3Add the rest of the ingredients except mayonnaise.

4Heat and remove from stove; fold in mayonnaise.

5Pour into a 1-quart mold.

6Chill overnight.

7(It's wonderful.)

8Garnish with parsley.

9Serve with crackers.
