- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. celery, finely chopped
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
- dash of Tabasco sauce to taste
Directions

1Heat cheese and soup together until cheese melts.

2Dissolve gelatine in cold water.

3Add soup-cheese mixture.

4Add rest of ingredients and blend.

5Pour into mold and chill in refrigerator until firm.

6Serve on a bed of lettuce with crackers.
