  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatine, dissolved in 3 Tbsp. water
  • 6 oz. canned crab or make it very special with fresh crab
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • paprika

    Heat soup; add gelatine and cream cheese.

    Cool.

    Add rest of ingredients.

    Serve with crackers.
