- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. gelatin, dissolved in 3 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 cans crab meat, remove cartilage
Directions

1Heat soup; add cream cheese.

2Add gelatin.

3Cool mixture.

4Add vegetables, mayonnaise and crab.

5Season with Tabasco sauce, garlic salt and parsley to taste.

6Put into greased 4 cup mold. Refrigerate overnight.

7Unmold onto platter lined with lettuce leaves.

8Garnish with lemon wedges.
