Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg. gelatin, dissolved in 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 cans crab meat, remove cartilage

Directions

    Heat soup; add cream cheese.

    Add gelatin.

    Cool mixture.

    Add vegetables, mayonnaise and crab.

    Season with Tabasco sauce, garlic salt and parsley to taste.

    Put into greased 4 cup mold. Refrigerate overnight.

    Unmold onto platter lined with lettuce leaves.

    Garnish with lemon wedges.
