- 1 lb. lump white crabmeat
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- English muffins
- 2 jars Kraft Old English cheese
- 1 tsp. Tony Chachere seasoning
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 2 spring onions, chopped
Directions

1In a large saut pan, melt butter and add garlic powder, mayonnaise, Old English cheese, Tony Chachere seasoning, cayenne pepper and spring onions.

2Heat until cheese is melted.

3Add crabmeat and heat thoroughly.

4Spread generously on English muffin halves.

5Place on a cookie sheet and place in freezer until firm. Stir in Ziploc storage bags.
