Ingredients

  • 4 lb. of crab meat (flaked) or 2 lb. of crab meat and 2 lb. of shrimp
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans cream of shrimp soup
  • 1/4 c. minced onions
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato puree or paste
  • 1/2 pint of half and half (1/2 cup)
  • 1 rounded Tbsp. Old bay seasoning or 1/2 Tbsp. of Tony Chacheres (or more to taste)

    Mix all the ingredients except crab.

    Then add crab meat and cook on stovetop until hot. Serve over rice.
