Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 pkg. (about 8 oz.) cream cheese
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 c. celery, finely chopped
- 1 c. green, red and yellow pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cans crab meat (about 1 lb. fresh)
Directions

1Heat soup on low without adding any liquid to it.

2In the meantime, prepare unflavored gelatin with the 3 tablespoons of water.

3Remove hot soup from burner and add the gelatin, cream cheese and mayonnaise.

4Blend well and fold in the peppers, celery, onion and crab meat.

5Oil the sides of a mold and pour the mixture into the mold.

6Refrigerate overnight or until firm.

7Unmold on plate and garnich as desired.
