Crab Potatoes

  • 8 potatoes
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 6 Tbsp. grated onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans (6 1/2 oz. each) crabmeat, drained

Directions

    Bake potatoes.

    Halve them.

    Scoop out and mash potatoes while still hot, adding first the butter, then other ingredients and mix well.

    Re-fill potato skins (or put into seashells) and bake for 20 minutes at 400°.

    Can be made in advance.
