- 8 potatoes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 6 Tbsp. grated onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans (6 1/2 oz. each) crabmeat, drained
Directions

1Bake potatoes.

2Halve them.

3Scoop out and mash potatoes while still hot, adding first the butter, then other ingredients and mix well.

4Re-fill potato skins (or put into seashells) and bake for 20 minutes at 400°.

5Can be made in advance.
