Crab Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can Alaskan king crab
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Drain crabmeat and finely slice. Combine with onion, cheese, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard.

    Combine butter, water and salt in saucepan and bring to a boil.

    Remove from heat.

    Add flour all at once, beating until mixture forms a ball.

    Add eggs, one at a time. Blend in crab mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased baking sheet.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Reduce to 350° and bake another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
