Ingredients
- 1 c. crab meat
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1/3 c. cream cheese, softened
- 20 sq. wonton wrappers
- 1 egg white
- salad oil
Directions

1Combine crab meat, salt and pepper in a bowl.

2Blend well.

3Add cream cheese.

4Mix until smooth.

5Place a scant 1/2 tablespoon of crab mixture in wonton wrapper.

6Brush edges of wrapper with egg white.

7Fold wonton diagonally to form a triangle.

8Seal edges. Again brush edges with egg white.

9Join all corners of the triangle and crimp together.

10Deep fry in salad oil, heated to 375°, for 2 minutes.

11Remove from heat and drain well after browning evenly. Serve hot.

12Makes 20 puffs.
