Ingredients

  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Bring water to a boil and add margarine.

    Return to boil.

    Add flour all at once.

    Remove from heat and beat in 1 egg at a time. Then add the scallions, crabmeat, Cheddar cheese, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

    Drop on cookie sheets by spoonfuls.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

    Can be frozen.
