  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans flaked crabmeat, drained
  • 1/3 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 unbaked pastry shell (9-inch)

Directions

    In mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in crab, onion, parsley and cheese.

    Spoon into pastry shell. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
