- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 (6 oz.) cans flaked crabmeat, drained
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 unbaked pastry shell (9-inch)
Directions

1In mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in crab, onion, parsley and cheese.

2Spoon into pastry shell. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

3Yields 6 to 8 servings.
