  • 1 lb. king crab leg or 1.2 lb.lump crab
  • 4 lg. eggs
  • 2c heavy cream
  • 2T chopped chives
  • 2T chopped, fresh parsley
  • 2T chopped, fresh cilantro
  • 1/2t seafood seasoning
  • 1/2t salt
  • 1/4t black pepper
  • 1/8t nutmeg
  • 2 ounces grated monterey jack
  • 2 ounces grated swiss

Directions

    Whisk together eggs, cream, herbs, seafood seasoning, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in cheeses and crabmeat.

    Pour into pre-baked crust and bake until filling puffs and is no longer wobbly in center. Cook at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
