- 4 lg. eggs
- 2c heavy cream
- 2T chopped chives
- 2T chopped, fresh parsley
- 2T chopped, fresh cilantro
- 1/2t seafood seasoning
- 1/2t salt
- 1/4t black pepper
- 1/8t nutmeg
- 2 ounces grated monterey jack
- 2 ounces grated swiss
Directions

1Whisk together eggs, cream, herbs, seafood seasoning, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in cheeses and crabmeat.

2Pour into pre-baked crust and bake until filling puffs and is no longer wobbly in center. Cook at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
