- 8 oz. crab meat
- 8 oz. Swiss cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 large green pepper
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper in butter.

2Mix with mayonnaise, eggs, flour and milk.

3Mix in crab meat and half of cheese.

4Pour into pie crust and put remaining cheese on top of quiche.

5You can make your own pie crust or buy one.

6Bake in crust for 45 minutes at 350°.
