- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 5 large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Directions

1Sprinkle cheese into pie shell.

2Beat eggs with milk and seasonings.

3Pour over cheese.

4Sprinkle crab meat and mushrooms over pie.

5Bake at 375° for 35 minutes or until firm (inserted knife should come out clean).
