  • 1 (8 oz.) can flaked crab meat
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)

Directions

    Sprinkle cheese into pie shell.

    Beat eggs with milk and seasonings.

    Pour over cheese.

    Sprinkle crab meat and mushrooms over pie.

    Bake at 375° for 35 minutes or until firm (inserted knife should come out clean).
