- 9-inch pastry (prick before baking)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (6 oz.) can claw crab meat, rinse and drain
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 1/3 c. minced onion
Directions

1Bake crust until browned.

2Cool well.

3Combine mayonnaise and flour and blend with wire whisk.

4Mix egg and milk and add slowly, blending with whisk.

5Stir in well drained crab, cheese and onion. Spoon into crust.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until center is firm.
