- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 or 1 2/3 c. crabmeat
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss grated cheese
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions
Directions

1Blend first 4 ingredients together and add the crabmeat, then add cheese and onions and pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake in 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.

2Serves 10 to 12 if cut in small wedges.
