  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 7 1/2 oz. can drained, flaked crab meat
  • 1/3 c. sliced green onions
  • 8 oz. pkg. Kraft natural Swiss cheese, diced

Directions

    Mix mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk until well blended.

    Add crab meat, green onions and cheese.

    Pour into 8 or 9-inch pie crust.

    Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.

    Serve warm.

    Even better warmed the next day.
