- dash of salt
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 3 oz. grated Swiss cheese
- 3 oz. Gruyere cheese
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (6 oz.) can flaked crab meat
- mushrooms and onions
Directions

1Bake pie shell.

2Beat eggs, cream, salt and pepper.

3Combine cheeses, flour and crab.

4Sprinkle cheese mixture over pie shell. Pour cream mixture over cheese.

5Bake at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
