- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 drops red pepper sauce
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Directions

1Mix eggs, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, flour, onion powder, salt and pepper sauce in a bowl.

2Beat with mixer until smooth. Stir in crab meat, mushrooms and Swiss cheese.

3Pour into ungreased 10-inch pie plate.

4Bake in 350° oven until knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 45 minutes).

5Cool 5 minutes before serving.
