  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen Alaska snow crabmeat, drained
  • 1/3 c. chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper

Directions

    Mix together first 5 ingredients.

    Add remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and bake at 350° for about 30 to 35 minutes, until mixture sets and crust is light brown.
