- 1 (9-inch) cooked pie shell
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained and squeezed dry
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. whipping cream or half and half
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Directions

1Spread crab into pie shell.

3Mix eggs, pepper, salt, nutmeg and cream in small bowl; stir thoroughly.

4Pour cream mixture over crab.
