  • 6 oz. crabmeat
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 40 wonton skins
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • vegetable oil

Directions

    Mix crabmeat, cream cheese, salt and garlic powder.

    Brush wonton skins with egg.
  3. 3
    Put teaspoonful crabmeat mixture in center of wonton skin.
  4. 4
    To close, bring one corner to the center, two sides to the center and bring the other end up to the center. Seal with a touch of egg.

    Deep fry until brown.

    Drain.
