- 6 oz. crabmeat
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 40 wonton skins
- 1 egg, beaten
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Mix crabmeat, cream cheese, salt and garlic powder.

2Brush wonton skins with egg.

3Put teaspoonful crabmeat mixture in center of wonton skin.

4To close, bring one corner to the center, two sides to the center and bring the other end up to the center. Seal with a touch of egg.

5Deep fry until brown.

6Drain.
