  • 1 Left over ribs
  • 1 cup Organic Lettuce mix
  • 1 tbsp Feta Cheese (Tomato basil flavor)
  • 1 bunch Cherry tomato
  • 1 bunch Strawberries
  • 1 as needed Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

    Shave ribs off bone and cut into pieces.

    Cut cherry tomatoes, avocado and strawberries in to halves.

    Add salad mix, shaved ribs, cherry tomatoes, strawberries, avocado and feta cheese on plate.

    Top with balsamic Vinegar.
