- 1 Left over ribs
- 1 cup Organic Lettuce mix
- 1 tbsp Feta Cheese (Tomato basil flavor)
- 1 bunch Cherry tomato
- 1 bunch Strawberries
- 1 as needed Avocado
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Directions

1Shave ribs off bone and cut into pieces.

2Cut cherry tomatoes, avocado and strawberries in to halves.

3Add salad mix, shaved ribs, cherry tomatoes, strawberries, avocado and feta cheese on plate.

4Top with balsamic Vinegar.
