- 1 pkg. wonton wrappers
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 lb. imitation crab meat
- ginger and garlic to taste
- chopped scallions to taste
- 1/8 c. milk
Directions

1Soften cream cheese and add shredded crab, ginger, garlic and scallions.

2Mix thoroughly.

3Separate and lay out wonton wrappers on flat surface.

4Drop one small spoonful of mixture in middle of wrapper. Dip index finger in milk and moisten surface of two sides of wrapper.

5Fold wrapper into triangle and lift two points and twist together with a dab of milk so they will stick together. Drop in hot oil and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until golden brown.

6Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce or hot mustard sauce.
