  • 1/2 cup Green Onions
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Minded Garlic
  • 1 lb Fresh Crab
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro
  • 3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 packages Wonton Wraps
  • 2 oz water to close wonton wraps
  • 2 packages Cream Cheese

    Preheat Oil to 350

    Mix cream cheese until smooth

    add garlic, ginger, green onions, crab and mix gently.

    Place a teaspoon of the mixture on wonton wrap and seal one side with water and close.

    Do not stack on each other place separately on a flour dusted pan.

    Place about 4-5 in hot oil til lightly brown, drain on paper towels.

    A great sauce for dipping is sweet n sour sauce.
