  • 6 to 8 oz. crabmeat, cooked, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
  • 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    In a 1-quart casserole or mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.

    Spoon into 2 individual casserole, sauce dishes or shells.

    Cook, uncovered, 1 minute and 30 seconds or until edges bubble.
