- 1 envelope Knox gelatine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 cans crab meat or 1/2 lb. fresh crab
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 to 3 chopped green onions
- juice of one lemon
Directions

1In a saucepan dissolve gelatine in 3 tablespoons water.

2Add cream of mushroom soup and cream cheese, let melt slowly over low heat, stirring until smooth.

3Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.

4Pour into ring mold.

5Chill overnight or until set. Serve with crackers or celery as a dip, or as a main dish.
