  • 1 envelope Knox gelatine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 cans crab meat or 1/2 lb. fresh crab
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 2 to 3 chopped green onions
  • juice of one lemon

Directions

    In a saucepan dissolve gelatine in 3 tablespoons water.

    Add cream of mushroom soup and cream cheese, let melt slowly over low heat, stirring until smooth.

    Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into ring mold.

    Chill overnight or until set. Serve with crackers or celery as a dip, or as a main dish.
