- 1 lb. crab, shelled and cooked or imitation crab
- 16 oz. pasta (shells or elbows)
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. carrot, shredded
- 1/4 c. celery, chopped
- mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
Directions

1Cook and drain pasta.

2Mix in crab, onion, green pepper, carrot and celery.

3Add salad dressing to taste.

4Chill overnight. Serve cold.

5Do not attempt to freeze.
