- 1 lb. crab (imitation is okay)
- 1 small lemon
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. or more mayonnaise
- garlic salt or powder to taste
- pepper to taste
- Waverly Wafers or Ritz crackers
Directions

1Shred crab.

2Squeeze lemon over crab.

3Let lemon set while you cut up celery and onion (cut up small).

4Drain crab.

5Add to celery, onions and seasonings.

6Mix with mayonnaise to desired consistency.

7Let set overnight if possible.

8Best served with Waverly Wafers or Ritz crackers.
